B&C Seeks Professionals with TSCA, FIFRA, and FFDCA Regulatory Experience
Bergeson & Campbell, P.C. (B&C®) and The Acta Group (Acta®) are hiring. If you are a scientist or regulatory professional with 7-10 years of experience in TSCA, FIFRA, or FFDCA regulatory matters, we invite you to apply for one of our open positions, which include Toxicologist, Regulatory Chemist, Regulatory Scientist, and Regulatory Consultant. Positions are based in Washington, D.C., though full-time telework arrangements are possible.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in chemistry, biology, toxicology, environmental science, or a related science;
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in chemical regulatory work such as risk assessment, product stewardship, EH&S, regulatory compliance, and related fields;
- Regulatory agency, industry, or consulting experience;
- Ability to manage competing priorities to ensure timely completion, with excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills; and
- Confidence, flexibility, and emotional intelligence.
