Regulatory-Required Training

Bergeson & Campbell, P.C. (B&C) offers courses intended to fulfill regulatory requirements, such as those concerning hazardous waste under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Hazardous Materials Transportation (HMT) Program; and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) worker protection regulatory standards.

RCRA Courses : Training content for company-specific Resource Conservation and Recovery Act courses would include company-specific policies, expectations, and/or programs on hazardous waste management.
DOT Courses : Department of Transportation courses can be taken in two categories, ground transportation and air transportation.
OSHA Course : Occupational Safety & Health Administration training includes regulatory overview, general duty clause, walking and working surfaces, exit routes and emergency action plans, and other topics.
