Richard E. Engler, Ph.D., Director of Chemistry for B&C and Acta, has participated in thousands of TSCA substance reviews, as well as pre-notice and post-review meetings with submitters to resolve complex or difficult cases, and he draws upon this invaluable experience to assist companies as they develop and commercialize novel chemistries. Dr. Engler holds a Ph.D. in physical organic chemistry from the University of California, San Diego, and taught classes in organic chemistry there and at the University of San Diego.
