Bergeson spoke. chairs the U.S. Developments session and presented “TSCA Reform and its implication for downstream users” on December 10th.

Learn about key areas of alignment and non-alignment between the European Union's and the United States' approach to chemical management by exploring the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
