The 24th Annual Green Chemistry & Engineering (GC&E) Conference, originally scheduled to take place in Seattle, WA, was a virtual event due to the COVID-19 pandemic. GC&E, hosted by the American Chemical Society’s Green Chemistry Institute, has been a meeting ground for advancing sustainable science and solutions since 1997. The theme for the 2020 conference was “Systems-Inspired Design.” Richard E. Engler, Ph.D., Director of Chemistry at Bergeson & Campbell, P.C. (B&C®) is pleased to have presented the complimentary webinar “Prop 65: Exposure Assessments and Compliance Implications.” The webinar discussed legal, scientific, and practical considerations for companies to evaluate before deciding to conduct and rely upon exposure assessments determinations that Prop 65 warning requirements do not apply. The Green Chemistry Conference, held Friday, September 16, 2016, focused on the new TSCA legislation.
