“Dr. Thorne has a track record of making a difference for clients because of his extensive experience working with regulatory agencies and those in Congress who make agricultural and pesticide policy. He is an exciting addition to our policy group and will complement our extensive capabilities well,” said Lynn Bergeson. He has extensive experience in public policy and agribusiness, having worked in politics for nearly 20 years, and in agribusiness (pesticides, seeds, research management) prior to coming to Washington, D.C. “I am delighted to be joining a group of professionals of the stature of B&C and Acta, who are widely recognized as leaders in chemical and pesticide policy matters,” said Dr. Thorne.

Dr. Thorne holds an undergraduate degree in agronomy from Washington State University and an M.S. and Ph.D. from Purdue University.
