EIA Issues Short-Term Energy Outlook Report

Two of Three TSCA Framework Final Rules Published in Federal Register

On July 20, 2017, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published two of the three Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) framework final rules in the Federal Register: Procedures for Chemical Risk Evaluation; and Procedures for Prioritization of Chemicals for Risk Evaluation. EPA’s Regulatory Agenda Includes TSCA Section 8(a) Nanomaterials Rule with TBD Effective Date

Court Tosses RCRA Verified Recycler Exclusion but Retains Balance of Definition of Solid Waste Rule

On July 7, 2017, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. EPA Releases Proposed 2018 RFS Volume Requirements
