James V. Aidala was quoted in the May 3, 2013, issue of Pesticide and Chemical Policy on the effect on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of a recent decision by the European Commission to restrict use of three neonicotinoids: “‘The pressure on EPA will increase as a result of the European restrictions,’ says James Aidala, senior government consultant with Bergeson & Campbell, and former assistant administrator for EPA’s office of prevention, pesticides, and toxic substances. ‘Is there a need for further mitigation? And if there is, how do you implement it? now becomes the issue,’ he adds.”
