Law Firm Publishes Summary of US EPA Changes to Hazardous Chemical Forms

The August 26, 2011, issue of Chemical Watch notes that Bergeson & Campbell, P.C. (B&C) published a summary of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) proposed revisions to the Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory Forms (Tier I and Tier II) under Section 312 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) to add new data elements and revise some existing data elements.
