EPA Proposes Significant New Use Rules, Test Regulation for Variety of Chemicals

The March 21, 2012, issue of Bloomberg BNA Daily Environment Report quotes Lynn L. Bergeson concerning the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed significant use rules for polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), benzidine-based dyes, hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD), di-n-pentyl phthalate (DnPP), and short-chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCP), and test rule for PBDEs.
