Latest California “Labor Code” Prop. 65 Listings Inflame Industry Fears

The March 29, 2011, issue of Inside EPA's Risk Policy Report quotes a March 9, 2011, Bergeson & Campbell, P.C. memorandum regarding the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment's intent to list several chemicals on Proposition 65 through the labor code mechanism.
