Join the Environmental Law Institute (ELI), the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health, and Bergeson & Campbell, P.C. (B&C®) for a one-day conference providing updates and insights regarding year three of the federal government’s implementation of the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act that amended the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) on June 22, 2016. Speakers will provide an overview of the current state of TSCA implementation, ongoing and emerging issues, and related developments. Afternoon breakout sessions will invite all participants to discuss current law and policy issues.
