NRDC Files Lawsuit to Block EPA’s Conditional Registration of Nanosilver Pesticide

Bergeson regarding the Natural Resources Defense Council’s lawsuit challenging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) conditional registration of nanosilver.
