SAVE THE DATE
Wednesday, October 1, 2014
1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. (EDT)
Within the last year, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has begun issuing guidance documents — and at least one registration review decision — that reflect developing EPA policy on spray drift and volatilization issues. How EPA endeavors both to identify and to manage the potential for spray drift and volatilization are likely to be key elements of ongoing and future risk assessments, with significant potential impact on forthcoming EPA registration review decisions and product registrations.
As a service to clients and friends, Bergeson & Campbell, P.C. (B&C®) will present a complimentary webinar to review EPA’s current guidance and recent decisions on spray drift and volatilization issues and to discuss what registrants may have to do to navigate the registration review process.
Speakers include well recognized experts on these complex issues: Jeff Dawson, Senior Scientist, Chemist at EPA’s Health Effects Division, B&C’s Senior Scientist Susan H. Youngren, Ph.D., and Senior Government Consultant James V. Aidala, The webinar will be moderated by Lisa M. Campbell, Founding Member of B&C. Their presentation will be followed by a Q&A with webinar participants.
