Maine Receives $7.7 Million To Spur Economic Development, Including Bioeconomy Growth

On July 29, 2016, the U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Develop Administration (EDA) announced $4.4 million in grants to diversify and grow Maine's economy. Canadian Government Invests $12 Million In Sarnia-Lambton’s Bioeconomy

On October 7, 2014, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) released "Why Biobased?," a report that comprehensively synthesizes findings from the existing government, academia, and non-governmental organizations on bioeconomy opportunities.
