NGO Files Suit against Three Chemical Importers for Alleged CDR Reporting Violations

The Center for Environmental Health (CEH) announced on June 29, 2021, that it filed suit against three companies in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia for alleged violations of the Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule. EPA Announces Settlement Resolving Alleged TSCA Reporting Violations

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced on March 15, 2021, a settlement requiring Western Reserve Chemical Corp.
