EPA Releases Annual Plan on Chemical Risk Evaluations

EPA Convenes Second Industry Stakeholder Meeting on Development of Fees Rule

On September 13, 2016, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) convened its second industry stakeholder meeting to discuss the development of a fees rule under the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act (Pub. L.
