EPA Issues Proposed Rule on Reporting Requirements for Mercury Inventory Under New TSCA

On October 26, 2017, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published in the Federal Register a proposed rule on reporting requirements for the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) mercury inventory.  82 Fed. California Governor Brown Signs Cleaning Product Right to Know Act of 2017 (S.B. 258)
