Catherine M. Croke, DBA, Director of Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs, Bergeson & Campbell, P.C. (B&C®), is a highly experienced professional with more than three decades of success executing product stewardship and regulatory compliance programs within global specialty chemicals and materials companies. Dr. Croke offers clients an exceptionally broad understanding of international product stewardship and sustainability compliance and provides strategic business and technical guidance necessary to achieve business objectives.
 
Lee A. Bowers, Vice President, Environmental Health & Safety, RPM International Inc. (RPM), is responsible for RPM’s environmental compliance and stewardship efforts at all global operations and instilling a culture of continuous improvement in its health and safety programs to protect the company’s employees. Lee joined RPM’s Stonhard operating company in 1998 as a regulatory compliance coordinator and has held multiple roles within RPM’s Performance Coatings Group (PCG), including director, environmental, health and safety; director, environmental and regulatory affairs; and vice president, environmental and regulatory affairs. In 2018, he was named vice president — operations for PCG.
 
Michael J. FordPresident, Tradebridge Consulting, has more than 43 years of experience in the world of international trade and most recently headed a company’s corporate global compliance department, serving its customers all around the world. For the past 25 years, he has worked with and served as an advocate for some of the world’s leading companies, interacting with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (Customs) and the Department of Commerce/Census Bureau, in the development, piloting, and automation of import and export programs. Among his other affiliations, Mr. Ford served on various boards of U.S. trade associations and has served with Customs as a member of the Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC), was a member of the American Chemistry Council’s Responsible Care Committee, and chaired the Mid-Atlantic District Export Council. He also teaches an MBA international logistics course at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
 
Lynn L. Bergeson, Managing Partner, B&C, counsels corporations, trade associations, and business consortia on a wide range of issues pertaining to chemical hazard, exposure and risk assessment, risk communication, minimizing legal liability, and evolving regulatory and policy matters pertinent to conventional, biobased, and nanoscale chemicals. Ms. Bergeson is Chair of the International Bar Association (IBA) Agriculture and Food Section, is Immediate Past President of the Product Stewardship Society (PSS), and is a Fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL), where she serves as a Regent and on its Executive Committee.
