EPA Resumes Publishing TSCA Section 8(e) Notices to ChemView

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced on February 3, 2022, that it has resumed publishing notices of substantial risks provided by companies under Section 8(e) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to its ChemView database.
