On November 14, 2023, Representatives Nikki Budzinski (D-IL) and Zach Nunn (R-IA) introduced bipartisan legislation that would increase biofuel production and reduce energy costs. Bipartisan Carbon Utilization Act Promotes Biogas, CCUS Technology
