EPA Extends Comment Date for Proposed Rule on Reporting Requirements for Mercury Inventory Under New TSCA

EPA Issues Proposed Rule on Reporting Requirements for Mercury Inventory Under New TSCA

On October 26, 2017, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published in the Federal Register a proposed rule on reporting requirements for the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) mercury inventory.  82 Fed.
