On June 11, 2024, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published proposed significant new use rules (SNUR) for certain chemical substances that were the subject of premanufacture notices (PMN) and are also subject to a TSCA Order, including multi-walled carbon nanotubes (generic) (P-21-216 and P-21-217). 89 Fed. EP Committee Adds Nanosilver and Long Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes to Proposed RoHS Recast
