European Court of Justice Dismisses Case Regarding Confidential Treatment of Information Submitted to EFSA
On June 3, 2015, the General Court of the European Court of Justice issued a ruling in Luxembourg Pamol (Cyprus) Ltd. and Luxembourg Industries Ltd.
