EPA Releases Final Risk Evaluation for Perchloroethylene, Finds Almost All Conditions of Use Present Unreasonable Risks to Workers, ONUs, Consumers, and Bystanders

EPA Releases Updates to List of Companies Subject to Fees for Risk Evaluations

EPA Issues Final TSCA Fees Rule in Federal Register

On October 17, 2018, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued its final fees rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) in the Federal Register.  83 Fed.
