EPA Issues Working Approach For Identifying Potential Candidate Chemicals For Prioritization under TSCA

On October 5, 2018, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued the general approaches that the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT) may use to identify potential candidate chemicals for prioritization under TSCA.  83 Fed. EPA Announces its Working Approach for Identifying Chemicals for Prioritization
