EPA Announces Environmental Justice Consultations on Risk Management Rulemakings for Methylene Chloride and 1-BP

EPA Seeks Participants for Small Business Advocacy Review Panels on Methylene Chloride and 1-BP Risk Management Rulemakings

EPA Finds 16 Conditions of Use of 1-BP Pose an Unreasonable Risk to Workers, ONUs, Consumers, and Bystanders

On August 12, 2020, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the availability of the final risk evaluation for 1-bromopropane (1-BP).  85 Fed.
