EPA Proposes Updates to TSCA New Chemicals Regulations; Comments Due July 25, 2023

On May 26, 2023, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed amendments to the new chemicals procedural regulations under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). 88 Fed. Reg. 34100.
