EPA Extends Submission Deadline for Health and Safety Studies on High-Priority Chemicals and Organohalogen Flame Retardants

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced on September 24, 2021, that it is extending the submission deadline for manufacturers (including importers) of 50 chemicals to report data from certain unpublished health and safety studies. EPA Releases Report Compiling Letter Peer Review Comments on Revised Draft Risk Evaluation of PV29

On December 21, 2020, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced that a report compiling the letter peer reviewers’ comments on the revised draft Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) risk evaluation of C.I. EPA Releases Revised Draft TSCA Risk Evaluation for PV29 for Comment

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced on October 29, 2020, that it is releasing a revised draft risk evaluation for C.I. EPA Releases Interim Final List of Businesses Subject to Fees for Next 20 TSCA Risk Evaluations

Second Set of Draft Scope Documents Available for Public Comment

EPA Will Host April 16 Call on TSCA Fees for EPA-Initiated Risk Evaluations
